STEAG Energy Services India works closely with its parent company in Germany for installation of computerized operations and plant management systems to support the technical management of power plants and industrial facilities; services for systems and communications related tasks.

The power plant Performance Analysis, Diagnosis and Optimisation (PADO) system is installed at the 500 MW units of NTPC at Simhadri, Rihand and Ramagundam. It is being installed at 11 other 500 MW units of NTPC.

The SI plant management system is available in a modular structure depending on the complexity of the plant. SESI offers customized, computerized tools for optimizing processes.
