Training-cum-Employment Opportunity for Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs)

STEAG Energy Services India Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of STEAG Power GmbH, Germany — a global leader in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Services, Digital Solutions (IT/AI/ML), Engineering, Renewable Energies, and Green Hydrogen — is inviting applications for its 3rd Batch of Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs) with 100% assured employment upon successful completion of training.

The CEA-recognized, Government of India–approved training program will be held at STEAG’s state-of-the-art facilities in Noida, covering comprehensive aspects of O&M for coal, gas, and renewable energy systems.

Designed for fresh Diploma Engineers, the program blends classroom instruction, simulator-based learning, field exposure, and on-the-job experience to ensure industry readiness from day one.

Eligibility Criteria

• Completed Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation from recognized institutions
• Minimum 60% marks in aggregate
• Age not exceeding 24 years as on 30th Nov 2025

Fees and Benefits

• Upon successful completion, DETs will join STEAG India as Junior Engineers across India with a starting CTC of Rs. 3 Lacs per annum.
• 6-month training includes classroom, practical, and field sessions tailored for power plant O&M.
• Non-refundable fee: Rs. 1,00,000 + GST (payable in 2 installments). During the final 3 months of on-site training, trainees receive a Rs. 15,000/month stipend and free bachelor accommodation — offsetting most of the fee.
• Loan facility available through HDFC Bank (T&C apply).
