ONGC Tripura Power Company Limited (OTPC) is the owner of the Palatana power station comprising 2 units of 363 MW each, COD was in 2013. OTPC tendered the O&M services as well as the supply of consumables for the entire site. SES won the tender process against the former operator and international competition. Responsibilities of SES: O&M of 2 units with 363 MW (GT: 9FA, GE; HRSG and ST: BHEL); operation includes 24/7 operation of the plant itself and its auxiliaries. Maintenance activities include daily care, annual shutdown, major overhauls and repair measures as well as procurement of consumables; management of spares and LTSAs.
